if the box is empty it's still sometimes possible,
especially for short notice midweek stays, that the room may not be available,
if we are not going to be able to get it ready in time - best to phone
and check).
The initials in the boxes belong to people who have already booked that
room for that night. If the box is not empty, the room
is already taken. If you are booking with just a day or two's notice it's
best to book by phone in case of email delays.

HOW TO BOOK
1. Check availability. This
table shows what availability we have
in the coming weeks - you can save yourself
a wasted phone call or email by checking this
first.
2. Check the rate
calendar. See
if there are any length-of-stay restrictions
for the days you want to book.
5. Confirmation. After
booking, return to this page in 24 hours to
check that your initials have gone in the right
boxes.
NOTES:
a) If the room you require is already booked, don't request that room/date
combination unless you want to go on the waiting list for a cancellation.
b) If you are making a single-night booking, check the calendar
page to make sure that we are taking single night bookings on the date you require.
c) To check availability of the Cotswold Room for
extra kids, please telephone or email. We don't show it in the grid as it is
not a regular letting room.
d) If you have booked the Room 2 and 4 combination you will only see
your initials against Room 4, but you can take it as read that you also have
Room 2 booked.
e) This
page also acts as your confirmation of
a booking, if you check this page at least
24 hours after you have confirmed
your reservation, if the room(s) were successfully
booked for you, you will see your initials
against the room and date. You'll know that
it means you, and it saves us the cost of mailing
out acknowledgements.
If you don't see
your initials, (or asterisks if you made a
block booking) after 24 hours, something has
gone wrong!! Probably
we haven't received your credit card details
or deposit. Call to discuss.
