HOW
TO GET HERE

Click here to view and/or print a street map of Cheddar.
You may also find the location map below useful to pinpoint us
as you approach. We are in The Bays, Cheddar, BS27 3QN.
SAT NAV USERS BEWARE!
Some Sat Navs are taking visitors up Birch
Hill, the road to the left of the chip shop. That's the wrong
road! You want the road to the right of
the chip shop, The Bays. The graphic below shows the approach
from Tweentown on a TomTom.

If
you get lost in the village, just give us a call on your mobile
and we'll guide you in. When you arrive, please park as shown in
the diagram opposite.
When you arrive, please ring both doorbells. If there is no response,
please have a walk around and come back in 30 minutes or so. We're
probably out shopping, collecting the kids or otherwise tied up.
HOW TO GET TO CHEDDAR
From the North, Midlands, Wales and South
West, get on the M5 and come off at Junction 22, following
all the brown tourist road signs to Cheddar Gorge. As you start
driving up the Gorge, look for Forte's Ice Cream and turn left
(see map above).
From East Anglia and North or Central London, get
on the M4 and stay on to the M5 junction, then as above, avoiding
cutting through Bath or Bristol at busy times.
From South London, Surrey, Berkshire and
Kent, use the M25, M3 and A303 past Stonehenge to pick up
the A36 at Deptford Interchange, thence via Warminster, Frome
(A362), Shepton Mallet (A361) and Wells (A371) to Cheddar.
From Dorset, Hampshire and Sussex you
can either take the A27/M27 and then the A36 from M27 Junction
2, through Salisbury and Wilton and on to Warminster as above.
